Are you a registered company?

Yes. The Timeshare Advice Line Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales, company registration 09923793. and we are also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) our registration number is : ZA826324 .Our company was formed in 2015 to give timeshare owners a safe and affordable way to exit their timeshare contracts without having to take the risk of paying upfront fees.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday's 9:00 a.m. until  4:00 p.m. Our live chat facility is monitored outside these hours.

Do I have to pay upfront fees?

Absolutely not. You should never take the risk of paying upfront charges to a company or individual to cancel your timeshare. You should expect to have peace of mind during your timeshare exit. With us, you are legally out of your timeshare or your claim is complete with full legal confirmation before any fee is payable.

What are the costs involved?

Our pricing starts from £999 All - Inclusive. Our prices remain fixed, and you have no hidden extras. Payment plans are also available. How long does the cancellation process take?

On average 6 - 12 weeks, depending on the timeshare that you currently own.

I have arrears on my maintenance fees can you still help?

In many cases we are able to cancel the ongoing timeshare contract without any outstanding maintenance fees needing to be paid.  Our customer services department will be able to let you know exactly what the situation would be in your situation.

How do I know if I have a claim?

We will initially speak to you about your situation if we feel you have the potential for a claim, we will send you an assessment survey to complete and request copies of your paperwork. Our lawyers will look at your information and then contact you directly with your options.

How much compensation can I get?

Each case is different. In summary, the more you have paid into your timeshare purchase the higher your claim amount will be. The lawyers will be aiming to stop all future payments and to recover all monies paid.

How long does the claims process take?

This varies depending on the type of claim you have and what jurisdiction it falls under.  We will submit your case to the lawyers for a free review, after this is completed, they will be able to advise you of the strength of your claim and how long they would expect it to take.

I no longer have my timeshare, can I still make a claim?

I can't find my documents, can I still make a claim?

We are often able to assist timeshare owners who have lost their documentation obtain copies from their timeshare company.
